(CTD) or other appropriate documents for registration purposes.
Most of our suppliers are specialised in the development of new manufacturing
processes (route of synthesis), which can be designed to ensure the
non-infringement of patents through the application of alternative synthetic
procedures. And you know: the early bird catches the worm !
F. & A. PHARMA shall ensure to protect the confidentiality of
information provided by you and shall agree to execute a Secrecy Agreement
with you.
